Why Explore Grief?

We discuss and plan for the most significant events, but death is the exception. Grief is a powerful and often unwelcome experience forced upon us by circumstances beyond our control. However, exploring and discussing our grief experiences can provide a valuable resource for healing, allowing us to connect with others and learn more about ourselves. The process of pondering the losses and gains brought on by death can be challenging to navigate, as it ebbs and flows unpredictably. Nonetheless, with effort and patience, navigating through this challenging time and finding healing on the other side is possible.
